I think my site may be reaching it's concurrnet use limits before it should?

Concurrent use seats track the number of logged in users. Please make sure that your site has no extra students using those seats (home users or other school users). This can be verified by calling support. We have experienced site that have reached their limits prematurely. This is usually a symptom of a larger issue.

If the Reading Plus applications are not cached properly and/or there is not enough bandwidth availiable, students may close the browser and try to relogin. If this is done while the application is loading, this may cause the seat to stay "filled" until the application times out the login.

Taylor Assocaites is currnetly working on an application modification to fix this issue. If you believe this is occurring to your site, please contact support. Support can help the larger issue of caching applications.
