If you are trying to log in as a student and your class is not available, this means that another site code has been entered on your workstation and the login page is directing you to the wrong site. To get to the correct site, first delete the cookie on your computer that is holding the other site code. Then, enter your own site code (the program only asks for the site code when there is no site code currently being held as a cookie). This can be accomplished by doing the following:

For Internet Explorer:

• Click the Tools link on top of the screen and then select Internet Options. A new window will open and the middle section will say Temporary Files.
  
  • For Internet Explorer 7, click the button that says Delete and then click the button that says Delete Cookies. Click the OK button to close the window.
  • For Internet Explorer 6 or lower, click on the Delete Cookies button.  Once the hourglass disappears, click on the OK button. 
    
• After completing the above steps, close all the Internet Explorer windows and restart the browser.  Now when you go to the login page, you will be asked for a site code. After entering your site code, you will find your class and be able to log in.

For Firefox:

• Click the Tools link on top of the screen and then select Clear Private Data. A new window will open. Put a check mark next to the option Cookies. All others options should remain unchecked. Click the Clear Private Data Now button.
  
• After completing the above steps, close all the Firefox windows and restart it. Now, when you go to the login page, you will be asked for a site code. After entering your site code you will find your class and be able to log in.
