After Logging In to Reading PlusŪ, the Screen is Blue or Black  
      If, after logging in to Reading Plus®, the screen turns blue or black and no content is displayed, an older or non-working version of Flash Player is likely installed on the computer. To correct this problem you will need to install the most up-to-date Flash Player. This can be found by going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
