No Lines are Displayed on a Visagraph® Recording

When a new Visagraph® recording is started and no lines appear on the screen, it usually means that the correct Visagraph® drivers are not installed on this computer.
A gray Visagraph® driver CD was shipped with the Visagraph® goggles. Locate the CD and insert it into the CD-ROM drive, allowing the application to autostart. Follow the Setup Wizard directions to install the software.
