If you receive a Validation Error when trying to log in to the Reading Plus® application, you are entering an invalid username and/or password.
If you are a student, please see your teacher for the correct username and password.
If you are a teacher, please see your administrator.
If you are a teacher and your student has received a Validation Error, verify his/her login information by logging in to Reading Plus® as an administrator. Click on the Class tab in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Find the student’s name and double-click on it to view his/her Student Panel. Click the Info & Settings tab to view the correct username and password. Verify that the student was using the correct username and password.
