White/Blank Screen When Trying to Log In

A white or blank screen upon logging in to the Reading Plus® website usually means that a corrupt cookie is saved in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Use the following steps to delete the cookies from this folder:
For Internet Explorer: - Click the Tools link on top and then select Internet Options. A new window will open and the middle section will say Temporary Files.
- For Internet Explorer 7, click on the button that says Delete and then click the button that says Delete Cookies and Delete Files. Click the OK button to close the window.
- For Internet Explorer 6 or lower, click on the Delete Files button, wait for the hourglass to disappear and then click on the Delete Cookies button. Again, once the hourglass disappears click on the OK button.
For Firefox: - Click the Tools link on top and then select Clear Private Data. A new window will open. Put check marks next to the options Cache and Cookies. All other options should remain unchecked. Click the Clear Private Data Now button.
After completing the above steps, close all Internet Explorer/Firefox windows and restart them. Try to log in to the Reading Plus® webpage again.
